1) GOLD deadly cesta
cold dmg 11-22 (req 12 death)
improves casting speed (chance 8%)

2) GOLD deadly cesta
cold dmg 11-22 (req 9 death)
energy +3 while enchanted (gold letters)

3) GOLD Insightful Bonestaff of Defense
energy +10 (white letters)
cold dmg 11-22 (req 8 death)
Quick recovery from bleeding
energy +3 (gold letters)
armor +5 (gold letters)

4) GOLD fire wand
Fire dmg 11-22 (req 12 fire)
Improves skill recharge using illusion magic skills (chance 15%)

What chance percentage is better, 10% or 20%? It would seem to me 20% would be more desirable in a weapon but 10% seems to be noted as "best" by many people. What is the difference between the gold letters in weapon descriptions and the white?
